Ambassador Rewards
Making Connections | Employee Engagement
Our client was in need of a new employee incentive and recognition program. We developed an engagement program that rewards Leasing Agents for selling Frontier internet and phone services to their tenants. The new program provides a more focused approach by targeting the millennial demographic in both the rewards that are offered and in the communications used to promote the new program.
My Role
As the art director overseeing the Ambassador Rewards Program, I developed the initial branding in 2020.
My Role
As the art director overseeing the Milestone program I developed the annual look and feel, oversaw the creation of all communications, and maintained a tight production timeline.
