It's Time to Recognize | Employee Engagement
Our client needed to increase retention, align associates to new core values, and rectify a lapse in their previous years of service program. As such, we reintroduced service award pins and gifts, then created value-point recognition that aligned with their values, all on one easy-to-use platform. But to really bring these to life, we created a program brand that tapped into associates’ passion for what they do: PlayUp, which recognized how associates regularly go above and beyond for pet parents and pets.
My Role
As the art director overseeing the PlayUp program, I developed the initial branding in 2019.

As the art director overseeing the Milestone program I developed the annual look and feel, oversaw the creation of all communications, and maintained a tight production timeline.
